About Me
My name is Odufuwa Abayomi Samuel (ABY), I was given birth to in Ben-Taub Hospital, Houston, Texas. USA on the 29th of May 1999 to the family of Chief & Chief (Mrs.) O.A. Odufuwa. Both of my parents are from Nigeria. My paternal came from Ososa Ijebu, Odooglolu Local Government of Ogun State, Nigeria. My maternal is from Ikale Ilutitun, Okitipupa Local Government of Ondo State. Nigeria.
I came to Nigeria for the first time with my parents at the age of Four going to Five in 2004. And on my arrival, I attended Debiruss Schools completing Kindergarten. My primary school was at my Mother’s School (named after my brother & I) – Kayom International Schools for my basic school education before I moved on to a school owned by my mum’s best friend Mrs Bisi Afolabi, called Genesis High where I graduated in 2015 at the age of Sixteen which was the same year I travelled back to my home country to see my dear old brother in Dallas.
I later transitioned by bus from Dallas to Houston going from Fossil Ridge to Alief Taylor where I found my love for Basketball, Soccer & Football. Along with a new passion for Music, Art & Reading. I joined the Chess Club, and became a Science Major after Mastering Communications in Business Administrations and Literary Languages. Finishing college at the age of Eighteen, 2018 in Houston Community College. When I met a few friends at an old shack selling burgers, I built a home studio in my garage.
Recorded my first Hit Song ‘Hid’ and winning a Grammy Award by Twenty Six. I’m currently one of the ones nominated for a Oscar Award, An Emmy Filmed in the West. I soon imagine myself at the BET for best performance & artist of the year. Also surpassing Drake, WizKid and many more. Known in Three Continents Asia, Europe & Africa. After hearing a Juice Wrld. I hit up my producer to sample a beat and performed my hit single at Coachella & Rolling Loud the same year. And my success album with DJ Chopstix. Beating The Weeknd & PlayBoi Carti.
